-Focus on maintaining a low stress lifestyle that includes time for activities you love!
-Incorporate daily movement including stretching and deep breathing
-Limit the intake of tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, processed sugar, and other inflammatory foods
-Focus on nutrient dense whole organic foods
-Maintain a regular sleep schedule with a consistent bed time
-Spend as much time as possible in the sunshine and nature (bare feet encouraged!)
-Develop an evening routine that includes dimming the lights, stretching, meditating, and breathing
-Sleep in complete darkness away from electronics
This all natural herbal extract is potent plant medicine! These herbs are extracted in organic vodka for 6-8 weeks.
This blend includes:
Valerian- relaxes muscles and spasms with it's antispasmodic qualities. Helps restore the nervous system. Induces deep relaxation.
Passionflower- Eases restlessness with strong antispasmodic qualities (ability to relax muscle cramps and spasms). Can also ease psychological tension.
Catnip- Relaxes and calms the nerves. Antispasmodic (relaxes muscles) properties.
