An oxymel is a fancy term for an herbal preparation using raw organic apple cider and raw local honey. This was infused for four weeks then strained. The result is a yummy, slightly sweet and tangy liquid that can be taken by the dropperful, I suggest 3-4 dropperfuls several times a day for allergies, infections, or a cold/flu. 1-2 dropperfuls daily for immune support!
