Lymph Love Body Oil
I created this silky smooth oil with an infusion of herbs that help support the lymphatic system and overall detoxification.
What's in this oil:
Avocado oil is rich in skin loving vitamins A & E- important to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals (these are unstable molecules that cause cell damage & premature aging).
Red clover and Violet- These are herbs that are anti-inflammatory and help to reduce redness & irritation. They also help encourage circulation, promote cell regeneration, and boost collagen production.
Lymph Moving Herbal Blend- including red clover, violet, lavender, and vanilla...these herbs help move lymph, relieve bloating and water retention, soften and provide a protective layer for dry/irritated/inflamed skin, and encourage overall circulation and detoxification.
Use this oil during a lymphatic drainage massage, focusing on areas that need the most attention!
To apply: massage into skin with long strokes toward the heart. (Use circular motions around joints)
