​​It's time for some spring cleaning!
After a long (and likely more sedentary) winter season, our bodies are in much need of extra movement, waste removal, and reduction of excess water retention.

Heres' my top 5 ways to encourage detoxification!

  2. Eat organic, whole, unprocessed food as much as possible. Slightly reduce fat intake and consume lots of herbal tea, bone broth, and water rich fruits and vegetables.

  4. Dance, move, lift weights, run, hike, swim, or garden! Any kind of movement that you enjoy and makes you break a sweat!
