Here's my youtube video link: https://youtu.be/SZXMgktWAJY Ingredients: -Organic and Raw Apple Cider Vinegar -Raw Honey -A blend of herbs and spices of your choosing. The base is best made up of fresh onions, garlic, jalapeno, ginger root, oranges, and lemons. -Optional add-ins would be additional herbs of choice. Some great ones would be mullein, rosemary, burdock, yarrow, and medicinal mushrooms. Directions: Begin by chopping everything finely. Then fill a clean glass jar full with your herbs. Lightly pack the ingredients down. Next, cover your herbs with apple cider vinegar until 3/4 full. Top off with raw honey. Cap and shake well! Store your jar in a safe place and shake daily for 6 weeks. It is also important to label your creation with all ingredients included. After 6 weeks, strain your herbs through a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or organic thin cloth. Squeeze all the liquid out of the herbs! Compost herbs when finished. Bottle up your now medicinal vinegar and label. How to use Fire Cider: I personally prefer to take a daily "shot" of fire cider. Simply mix 1-2 tablespoons fire cider diluted with equal parts water. If a cold/flu/other illness is emerging or active, take 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times daily until the sickness subsides! This vinegar can also be used just like any other vinegar. Add to salad, soups, sautéed dishes. Get creative!
